Age of Aquarius

As the 1969 5th Dimension song, “The Age of Aquarius,” goes, “When the moon is in the Seventh House, and Jupiter aligns with Mars, then peace will guide the planets and love will steer the stars—This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius.”
We are entering a new astrological phase that will bring humanity, harmony and peace to our lives and to Earth. We will use empathy to change the world. As we come out of the age and year of Capricorn, we are purifying ourselves of tyrannical rule and evolving into our best selves. We must use compassion to heal and come together.
In 2021 and for the next decade, we are shifting from this authoritative militant state and entering the Age of Aquarius (Jupiter and Saturn are leaving Capricorn in December and moving into the sign of Aquarius). The last time both Jupiter and Saturn were in Aquarius was in 1405! This will bring many changes our way. For starters, we won’t feel as though the government controls us. We will be continuing to take back the power of a democratic state, using intellect and reason to govern our sensibilities, and learning to embrace different opinions in society.
In 2020, we lived through the notorious Capricorn stellium (this is a cluster of planets in the sign of headstrong Capricorn: expansive Jupiter, authoritative Saturn, and transformative Pluto). All of this earthy planetary action made us reassess our relationship to the material world. Throughout this time, we began to change our perception of life as we once knew it and realized the importance of having a connection with others. Overnight, the world shifted and the majority of us decided to band together in the face of adversity with the incentive of justice and freedom for all.
The Age of Aquarius will bring fairness, trust, and certainty to how we live. Our faith in life and the government will be better than it’s been in years. Our relationship with ourselves will be less harsh and doubtful — and become more accepting. We will all want to work together to grow a better world. No one will be or feel left behind. Everyone is important. All our voices will make a difference.
2021 is the reset we all need. The cosmos will bring a fresh start our way. Hope and inspiration will guide us through the year. Embrace the energetic change.
